Role of a Talent Acquisition Partner is to sell the employment opportunities within a business and identify the best talent for each role using a variety of recruitment methods. Talent Acquisition Partners assist HRBPs and Hiring Managers in finding the best people for the positions they are hiring for and help improve the company's current hiring strategies.

What does the role involve?

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will actively engage with HRBPs and Hiring Managers at Hilti Asia IT Services Sdn Bhd (HAITS). You will be responsible to ensure the following:

All jobs are properly advertised in the Hilti Job Portal after the understanding the requirements according to Job Description from respective Hiring Manager on each job.
All advertised jobs are approved as per controller list together with the Position ID.
All jobs are properly defined in both the Job Description format ie advertisement and Decisive Criteria
Sourcing channels are Active Search using LinkedIn, recruitment agency, referral program and etc
Perform HR screening and provide brief outcome summary for next step and schedule all interviews appointment.
Join 1st interview with Hiring Manager.
Prepare weekly report ie Pipeline report and statistic report whenever is necessary

What you need is:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or a similar field, or the equivalent in professional experience.
  • You must have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities with strict deadlines.
  • Hands-on experience in industry-specific recruitment
  • In-depth knowledge of candidate sourcing techniques for active and passive candidates
  • Strategic understanding of staffing tools and electronic job boards
  • Experience with HR tools and processes
  • End to end recruiting experience
  • Proven success in previous positions
  • Knowledge of using Microsoft Office applications
  • Sector-specific long-term experience
  • Experience with full-cycle recruitment
  • Prior knowledge of operating various applicant tracking systems is an added advantage
  • Must be self-motivated, driven, and result-oriented, with a strong people focus.
  • Ability to effectively, collaboratively, and proactively work as part of a cross-functional team.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with widely diverse personalities
  • Be fluent in English (verbally and written).
