Solution Owner - IT Automation
What's the role?
We are looking for an experienced technical lead (Solution Owner) for the RPA & Automation testing team who deliver
customer-facing and back-office enterprise solutions focused on maximizing automation in parallel with people. The solution
owner oversees the day-to-day operations of solution design, development, and strategy that optimize business and customer
engagement by leveraging RPA, Automatic Testing, Cognitive tools, and Machine Learning solutions. Solution Owner will
partner with organizational leaders such as RPA Program Manager & Global Process Managers etc to optimize work through
streamlining business processes that improve outcomes across people, process, and technology.

What does the role involve?
The Solution Owner will leverage their technical and leadership skills to provide technical oversight and management to support the RPA in ensuring RPA tools, Automatic testing through scripting tool, development efforts, and production are in compliance and Organizational IT requirements. Responsibilities and Duties:
Lead technical design and development initiatives for Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Cognitive solutions
Leads strategic customer-facing and back-office enterprise solutions that improve operational workflow processes through Digital solutions including; attended and unattended BOTs and Cognitive data initiatives
Lead Developer for complex RPA and Cognitive projects
Provide technical leadership and solutions to team of developers through project lifecycle Create modular and scalable development frameworks that can be leveraged across projects
Identify enterprise products & tools that partner with RPA and Cognitive initiatives to improve operational outcomes
Develop operational framework and team structure that streamlines internal processes for the Robotics process automation team to improve delivery of timely solutions to the business
Implement Agile first methods that focus on delivering high value ROI solutions back to the business through rapid development and repeatable delivery frameworks
Partner with IT leadership team to ensure RPA team has the required technical infrastructure and IT support structure to deliver RPA solutions
Develop RPA technical roadmap that incorporates RPA, Cognitive, and Machine Learning solutions that considers current and future needs Maintain RPA object library

Present in-depth technical and business process improvement solutions
Partner with leaders and business services team to align automation activities with communications, change management and training to deliver optimal outcomes for people and autonomous automation.
Complete all automation testing tasks for regression test and continuous support
Other duties as assigned or requested
Training and mentoring junior RPA developers & Other developers who worked on Automation testing
Create detailed process flow charts with all business and system exceptions

What you need is:
- Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree or PhD in Information Technology, Computer Science or other relevant education with CGPA >= 3.0
- At least 5 years of experience in Technical Design, Development, and Delivery and out of atleast 2 years of experience in RPA with creation of process flows, Machine Learning, or AI technologies.
- Having knowledge and hands on experience on development and also working on automation testing part.
