Senior IT Operations Analyst
What's the role?
As a Senior IT Operations Analyst, you will be part of the 24x7 Global IT Operation team monitoring critical IT services, validate business impact, drive end to end situation management and service restoration.
You must be proficient in infrastructure areas including Network, Servers, Cloud and Enterprise architecture. Additional responsibilities include documenting, driving and implementing process improvement solutions for the IT Operations and Infrastructure teams.
This role provides a unique opportunity to work on multiple platform and applications. You should pose strong verbal and written communications as you will interact with IT and business stakeholders regularly.

What does the role involve?
You will be involved in the day to day Incident management related work inclusive of resolving major IT support issues.
You are expected to act as technical lead in Major Incidents Management during High & Critical Priority meetings, understands the issue; diagnose the root cause, identifies and drive issue resolutions.
You are required to work with various IT support team in following up, escalating and resolving operational issues within agreed SLA and in addition work with Service Management team to reduce reoccurrence issue and preventive measurement to drive production environment stability.
You must have experience in workload management analysis and performance tuning especially in SAP applications, Solution Manager 7.2 configurations or S/4 HANA administration and technical support.
You should be able to exhibit a thorough understanding of key business driver and ability to communicate, translate those needs into technical solutions and support application deployments.
You are required to perform application proactive maintenance to meet required service level agreement, work closely with IT partners for timely fix or enhancements and manage product quality with proper tracking at the same time contributes to root-cause analysis based on system and incident knowledge

What you need is:
- Bachelor Degree / Master in IT and/or Business Administration with CGPA > 3.0 or similar grading is a must, and Master is an advantage.
- Minimum of 10 years working experience in SAP Basis Administration with 3 – 4 years of experience in S/4 HANA.
- Technical experience with SAP performance monitoring, tuning and technical architecture design.
- Technical experience in enterprise server OS (preferred Unix/Linux) and database (preferred Oracle and HANA).
- Excellent team and communication skills in and ability to work in a multicultural team located at different locations.
- Fluent in English (verbally and written).
- Ability to manage complex tasks and lead technical projects.
