What's the role?

We are looking for an experienced RPA Developer with the focus primarily on automating SAP business processes and non-SAP business process using RPA technologies (preferred one are UiPath & iRPA). We want you to have automation skills irrespective of tools and adapt it as per the Hilti standard and automation strategy. You will work closely with Citizen Developers, SAP IT Process consultant & Business process experts to analyze and design solutions based on business requirements.

What does the role involve?

As RPA developer, you will be responsible for design, development, testing and implementation and supporting Citizen Developers of RPA bot's that will interact with our ERP system (S4 HANA & SAP Business ByDesign) and multiple third-party applications.

You will be collaborating with different stakeholders including Business, IT and external partners in Analyzing, understanding and documenting business processes in detail and converting it into solution design, developing and testing automation workflows using RPA toolset that are efficient, well structured, maintainable and easy to understand in accordance with Hilti standard design principles and conventions. You also adhere to a detailed automation sprint plan and communicating any identified project risks and issues to the RPA Product Manager accordingly.

You will conduct code review of own and team members’ automation solutions to ensure quality and compliance, assisting in Automation User Acceptance Testing and manage the releases across environments. You will manage the virtual workforce, business volume scaling, load balancing and allocation of software robots to meet agreed SLAs.

You are also a strong team player which ready to mentor colleagues on RPA best practices, training and accreditation program, providing advice and guidance on best practice and development techniques.

What you need is:

  • Bachelor, Master’s Degree and/or Business Administration, Computer Science or other relevant education with Cumulative Grade Point Average > 3.0 or similar grading is a must.
  • Minimum 5 years of RPA experience with any RPA toolset (e.g. UiPath / BluePrism / Automation Anywhere (Experience with SAP iRPA tool is a plus)
  • Full stack knowledge of at least 1 cloud platform (Azure / AWS)
  • Experience mentoring junior colleagues and other resources, willingness to learn and develop yourself and your colleagues
  • Hands on experience in any two-programming language such as SQL / Java / Dot Net / Python / JavaScript / Visual Basic etc.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex requirements and define technical/functional advanced solutions.
  • Strong drive for success and high level of commitment.
  • Good communication skills and ability to identify root cause and articulate key problem statements and options for solutions
  • Experience with Agile SDLC methodologies.
  • Experience in working in an international/virtual/geographically dispersed team.
  • RPA experience with the automation done in S4 HANA / Business ByDesign is plus
  • Experience in, Machine Learning, OCR or AI is also a plus
