Junior IT Risk & Cybersecurity Manager
What's the role?
oin a global team of experts who manage IT Risk & Cybersecurity Governance over Hilti’s IT landscape, and act as ambassadors and single points of contact for IT Risk & Cybersecurity topics. As a Junior IT Risk & Cybersecurity Manager you assist the Risk & Security team both operationally and strategically, in activities ranging from global security awareness to definition, implementation and delivery of the Cybersecurity program. You will manage IT Risk & Cybersecurity governance on a dayto-day basis, follow up and provide guidance and advice on all IT Risk & Cybersecurity matters across the company.

What does the role involve?
You are member of a global team of experts who manage Risk & Security governance over Hilti’s IT landscape, who act as ambassadors for Cyber Risk & Security related topics. You develop and improve our Governance Framework, support response coordination of security-related events and incidents, create and maintain metrics to track IT Risk & Cybersecurity management and progress on the implementation of the Cybersecurity roadmap. You raise awareness and sensitize the whole organization to Cybersecurity topics, acting as single point of contact and subject matter expert for communication around Cybersecurity. You stay current with the evolving threat landscape, vulnerabilities and attacks, to identify and assess the risk to Hilti, and achieve transparency on risk posture and mitigation effectiveness. You consult the various IT engineering teams, giving guidance and advice in all Cybersecurity related matters and support them in the identification, definition and improvements of IT Risk & Cybersecurity controls.

What you need is:
- BSc/MSc in Information Technology, Security or similar; PhD preferred
- Proven Risk Management and/or Cybersecurity experience
- Strong understanding of information security concepts, standards and regulations
- Experience with communication of complex topics on all levels
- Fluent in English (verbal & written), bilingual preferred
