What's the role?

We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Engineer – Collaboration, who is passionate to define and support collaborative ways of working for Hilti employees. You will be fully empowered to create a value driven integrated workplace experience from our Microsoft 365 collaboration platform, focusing on productivity, efficiency, accessibility, and security. Hilti has always been at the cutting-edge of technology – we were the first customer in Switzerland to embrace Microsoft 365 in Y2012 and have all services rolled out globally with impressive user adoption!
This role is located at our strategic IT location in Selangor, Malaysia.

What does the role involve?

You will create an integrated and intelligent digital workplace experience for our employees, leveraging cloud solutions like Microsoft 365 SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate and Logic Apps to maximize employee productivity individually and collaboratively. You will design digital workplace solutions that scale globally, integrates with physical infrastructure, devices and cloud services which will be secure, accessible, and manageable by design. These solutions should then increase employee productivity and satisfaction, thereby helping our teams to become more agile and competitive.

What you need is:

  • You’ve recently graduated, or you’re preparing to graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or in a related field of study
  • CGPA 3.5 for fresh graduate and CGPA 3.0 for candidate with more than 1 year working experience
  • You are open minded, curious, and enthusiastic in technology and would call yourself a Tech Savvy person
  • You have outstanding communication skills and social competencies with a knack for teamwork
  • You’re a proactive person, wanting a career opportunity where you can perform well and progress
