IT Business Analyst (Marketing and Sales)

What does the role involve?
As an IT Business Analyst for Marketing and Sales, you will be assuming the ownership of business processes from IT perspective. You will partner with business stakeholders and product owners to understand and identify their actual needs.
You will be focal point for internal IT, business, project team and external vendors to gather, refine and implement business requirements. The role will require you to implement and support Global IT solutions by using emerging techniques/technologies including user centricity, responsive design, mobile-first approach and cloud/on premise solutions. You will need to evaluate IT solutions and alternatives for economic and operational feasibility. BA has strong communication, interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills to ensure the solutions meet business requirements.

What you need is:
- A Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree or PhD in Information Technology, Computer Science or other relevant education.
- A proven track record of working in ERP environment (project / support). Experience in SAP environment will be an added advantage
- Business process understanding in the sales and marketing area with one or more of sales cycle, multi-channel marketing, customer/social interactions and pricing.
- Experienced in design, plan and implement end to end solutions in an agile way
- A strong personality and focus on achieving results. Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills.
