Intern - Human Resources
What's the role?
The Human Resources Intern will directly assist the Human Resource Team with a wide range of projects related to HR compliance, recruiting, onboarding/orientation, employee benefits, and volunteer intern programs. In this position, the intern will learn how to take skills she or he may have acquired in school related to his or her particular areas of interest, and apply them in a professional setting. He or she will gain a better understanding of the role that Human Resources can play in a non-profit setting, and be better prepared to work in the arena of human resources and the nonprofit sector. The candidate will also have opportunities to network with the programs, finance, and development staff.

What does the role involve?
HR Intern responsibilities include updating our employee records with new hire information, screening resumes and scheduling interviews. What you need is:
- Currently enrolled in a BSc in Human Resources Management or a similar field with a CGPA of >3.5
- Excellent communication skills in English on all levels of the hierarchy, additional languages a benefit.
- Solution oriented.
- Analytical and conceptual skills coupled with a hands-on mentality to get things done.
