As an IT Business Analyst, you will act as a bridge between the business stakeholders and IT to gather, analyze, and evaluate business requirements to translate them into system solutions.

What does the role involve?

You will assume the ownership of business processes from IT perspective and be the focal point for internal and external teams to identify business’s actual needs and gather business requirements. For this, you will
perform in-depth evaluation and verification of the capabilities related to the solution, including the analysis of economic and operational feasibility. Consequently, you will define and advise on IT-supported enterprise process and system solutions to maximize operational efficiency and effectiveness. Your job involves hands on work like configuring processes, developing specifications for IT solutions as well as implementing and testing enhancement requests. Your will work according to agile methodologies to translate business processes into IT solutions considering the standards and requirements are met.

What you need is:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree, or PhD in Information Technology, Computer Science or other relevant education
  • Proven track records of project deliveries in the area of sales and marketing
  • A strong personality and focus to achieve results
  • Solid business process understanding in sales cycle, opportunity management, multi-channel marketing, customer/social interactions, and service management 
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and leadership skills
  • Good command of English is a must
