As a global IT team, we are seeking for close alignment and interaction with our business community to ensure value creation of our IT solutions. Customer Service is our main sales channel in Hilti. Here, as a Global IT Business Analyst, you will actively support, explore and enhance the business processes for your global community.

What does the role involve?

As an IT Business Analyst for our Hilti customer service channels, you will become a consultant, responsible for the design and run of our global IT solutions with a strong footprint in SAP S/4 HANA. In that role, you will give input to find the best architecture, validate the technical and business process feasibility, develop user stories, covering the specification for improvements and incorporate them into an overall roadmap. While collaborating and cooperating with different stakeholders including business IT and external partners you will prove your business acumen and customer focus. Use your strong business and IT literacy to align on cross-solution coordination, status and deliverables alignment, project planning and other factors that influence the overall delivery. In a nutshell, you will manage and own processes in your area and ensure an outstanding user experience at any time.

What you need is:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or in a related field with Cumulative Grade Point Average 3.5 and above, or similar grading is a must, PhD will be an added advantage
  • A proven track record of SAP environment (run & build) on ERP (SD/SM), ideally SAP S/4HANA is is beneficial
  • Proven skills in developing requirements on a global level across multiple concurrent projects and/or teams
  • Strong result orientation, resilience in delivering, and ability to work under the conditions of ambiguity and uncertainty
  • Business process understanding in sales processes, service management, customer interactions, or retail business is an added value
