We are looking for a high potential candidate with strong business acumen to unleash high potential at Hilti, starting as Business Developer. This position plays a key role in identifying and developing key strategic business and ensuring sustainable sales growth in the energy & industry sector.

What does the role involve?
Business Developer holds high responsibility in improving our key business and leading continuous sales growth in the oil & gas sector. It means commitment to continuously defining, developing and promoting the defined Key Account (KA) portfolio and Key Project (KP). Specific tasks involve developing specific Value Propositions based on critical success factors, establishing/managing detailed KA/KP management control systems, negotiating Frame/ Supply Agreements/Contracts, and effectively promoting all Hilti products (PLS) to the defined KA/KP portfolio.

What you need is:
- Degree in Engineering/Marketing or relatable discipline (MBA is an advantage)
- At least 5 years of sales or account management experience in construction business or oil & gas
- Ability to interpret/analyze the sales relevant reports
- Ability to identify issues and analyze the situation to establish a course of action
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Dynamic personality with strong winning and high performance mindset
